The Little Farm Co. is a small microgreens farm based in Decatur, Illinois, founded and operated by Jennifer Baldassari. The farm specializes in growing more than 15 varieties of microgreens for homes, restaurants, and farmers markets across Central Illinois, with wholesale supply extending to the St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Chicago areas. Varieties include arugula, broccoli, sunflower, pea shoots, wasabi, tatsoi mustard, Swiss chard, red Russian kale, daikon radish, and several signature blends such as the Rockstar Blend and Powerhouse Blend. Orders are placed directly with the farm, and the business also offers weekly or bi-weekly standing wholesale arrangements with no order minimum.
The Little Farm Co. grows all of its microgreens chemical-free. Every order is grown to order and harvested within 24 hours of delivery, keeping greens at peak freshness.
