PrairiErth Farm is a diversified, USDA Certified Organic operation run by the Bishop family on 450 acres in central Illinois. The farm grows a wide range of vegetables, herbs, and fruit, along with organic grains including soybeans, corn, wheat, and oats. It offers a weekly CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program delivering certified organic produce throughout the growing season, as well as wholesale produce accounts.
