Spruce

Spruce is a California-inspired restaurant that has been open since 2007. Its culinary program draws on a proprietary partnership with SMIP Ranch, a private five-acre organic farm in the hills above Woodside, CA, which supplies nearly all of the restaurant's produce. The kitchen serves weekday lunch, dinner nightly, and weekend brunch, with a separate cafe open every day and a bar and lounge offering first-come, first-serve seating. Spruce also accommodates large groups through its private dining program and offers catering services. Since opening, it has received Esquire's "Best New Restaurant in America" award and Food and Wine Magazine's "Best New Wine List" award.
