Family apiary offering raw local honey, microgreens, wheatgrass, and beeswax products
Spring Creek Honey is a family-operated apiary run by Scott and Angela Croonquist. The business was born from a need to support the boom in pollinator CRP programs, with hives situated on wildflower acres in Moorland, Iowa, where Spring Creek runs through the property. The shop, located at 805 Central Ave in Fort Dodge, offers 100% pure raw local honey, a range of hydroponically grown microgreens, wheatgrass shots (available fresh and frozen), and beeswax products including lotion bars and food wraps. A monthly microgreen subscription is also available. All sales are local pickup only.
Spring Creek Honey produces honey that is raw and never pasteurized. Microgreens and wheatgrass are grown hydroponically using reverse osmosis water, without chemicals or pesticides. The apiary's hives are placed on wildflower acres through which Spring Creek runs, supporting pollinator CRP programs.
