Grand View Beef

Grand View Beef is certified by the American Grassfed Association (AGA). Cattle eat only grass and forage from birth through harvest, with no grain at any stage. From May through October, the farm uses intensive rotational grazing, moving cattle through small paddocks. In fall and winter, cattle graze cover crops; through the coldest months, they eat hay and baleage raised on the farm. The farm does not use synthetic fertilizer, herbicides, insecticides, or fungicides. Cattle do not receive added hormones or routine antibiotics; any animal that requires antibiotic treatment is recorded and excluded from AGA-certified harvest. When the farm's own calf supply runs short, it sources weaned calves exclusively from AGA-certified, family-owned Midwest ranches. All beef is dry-aged 14 days after harvest, and each package carries a lot code traceable to the individual animal. Animals are processed at a federally inspected facility.
