Pasture-raised beef, pork, and chicken from a Kentucky farm, with 21-day dry-aged beef and heritage Mangalitsa pork.
Serenity Valley Farms is a pasture-raised meat farm in south-central Kentucky, run by Bob and Colleen Browning. The Brownings relocated to Kentucky in 2015 with a commitment to homesteading and working closely with the land. The farm raises beef, pork, and chicken, with a specialty in 21-day dry-aged beef and heritage Mangalitsa pork. Mangalitsa is a heritage breed known for its richly marbled, buttery meat. Cuts are available as steaks, ground, chops, slow-cook cuts, and bundled boxes. The farm is a participant in Kentucky's KY Proud program and the Homegrown by Heroes program.
Serenity Valley Farms raises its animals on pasture and states that its meats contain no antibiotics and no hormones. The farm describes its approach as regenerative, with the stated goal of restoring and enriching the land for future generations. Bob and Colleen Browning also embrace permaculture principles, working with natural systems rather than against them. The farm raises heritage Mangalitsa pork alongside standard pork and offers pasture-raised chicken. All beef is 21-day dry-aged before sale.
