Cat Hollow Farm is a family-run operation that has been producing all-natural meats and produce since 2018. The Christopher family runs the farm and its on-site Farmstore, with Adam overseeing farming operations, Miss Katie managing the store and marketing, and Austin caring for the animals. The farm raises beef, pork, chicken, and lamb, and also sells pasture-raised eggs, goose eggs, and chemical-free fresh produce. Prepared items such as homestyle chicken noodle soup and vegetable beef soup round out the product line.
