Schweitzer's Gourmet Meats

Schweitzer's Gourmet Meats is a family-owned and operated butcher shop in Moffit, ND, founded by Travis and Trina Schweitzer. Travis brought years of butchering experience and a particular love of sausage-making to the venture, which the family launched from their 40-acre property in 2015. The shop produces an assortment of homemade sausages, brats, thick-cut bacon, meat sticks, and summer sausage, including a signature pork-and-beef blend sausage available in multiple flavors.
