Refining Fire Chiles

Refining Fire Chiles grows and sells chile pepper seeds, plants, and dried chiles, along with a selection of vegetable seeds. The business organizes its chile offerings across the full range of Capsicum species, including annuum, baccatum, chinense, frutescens, and pubescens, covering everything from sweet peppers to extreme super hots. Variety categories include native chiles, ajis, crosses and hybrids, and both mild and superhot chinenses. The farm began growing chiles in 2004 and has built a catalog of rare and hard-to-find varieties alongside well-known cultivars such as the Carolina Reaper, Bhut Jolokia, and Scotch Bonnet.
