Organic fruit farm in the Capay Valley offering a farm stand, U-pick apricots, and seasonal farm dinners.
Polestar Farm is a 12-acre family-owned orchard founded in 2018 by Jim and Karina Knight in the Capay region of Northern California. The farm tends over 700 Royal Blenheim apricot trees alongside black and green figs, Eureka lemons, Elegant Lady peaches, Santa Rosa plums, and other fruit varieties. Seasonal produce is available through a farm stand and U-pick appointments, and has also reached the tables of local families and restaurants. Beyond growing fruit, Polestar hosts recurring seated farm dinners featuring guest chefs and multi-course menus built around what is in season. Polestar Farm grows its Royal Blenheim apricots organically. Seasonal farm dinners draw ingredients from the farm's own orchards as well as neighboring Capay Valley growers, with past menus sourcing from farms including Riverdog Farm, Full Belly Farm, and others in the region.
