Plum Possum Farm is a small-scale produce farm started in 2014 by Valerie and Jeff. The farm works more than two acres of row crops alongside perennial plantings spread across the property. Its vegetable lineup spans tomatoes in multiple varieties, cucumbers, peppers, summer squash, corn, dry beans, sweet potatoes, sunchokes, and okra, among others.
