160-acre New Hampshire farm selling grass-fed beef, pasture-raised meats, eggs, raw honey, goat milk, and pick-your-own fruit.
Paradise Farm is a 160-acre property in Lyndeborough, New Hampshire, established by Adrienne and Wayne in 2002. The farm raises Scottish Highland cattle for grass-fed beef, Romney sheep for lamb, Heritage Breed pigs (Tamworths and Old Spots) for pasture-raised pork, Nubian goats for goat milk, and free-range chickens, turkeys, and ducks for eggs and meat. It also maintains an apple orchard, berry patches, and beehives, producing raw honey, pure New Hampshire maple syrup, and more than 20 varieties of jams, jellies, and relishes. Romney fleece is spun into yarn and sold as non-dyed skeins. Products are available year-round by appointment at the farm and through local farmers markets. Learn more on their About Page.
Scottish Highland beef is USDA certified grass-fed and raised without antibiotics or growth hormones. The cattle are rotationally grazed throughout the summer and follow a slow-growth approach, not being butchered until at least three years old. Heritage Breed pigs are pasture-raised using the same slow-growth method, allowing animals to live and grow longer before harvest. Berries are grown organically, while other orchard fruits are managed under Integrated Pest Management (IPM) to minimize insecticide use. Romney wool yarn is greenspun, meaning it is washed and spun using vegetable-based soaps rather than petroleum-based products, with no chemicals used to bleach, shrinkproof, or mothproof the fiber. Beeswax candles and skin cream are made from pure beeswax produced on the farm.
