Need More Acres CSA Farm

Need More Acres Farm is a 20-acre operation in Scottsville, Kentucky, producing fruits, vegetables, beef, pork, and chicken. Founded by Nathan and Michelle Howell, the farm grew out of a background in agricultural education and a shared commitment to making fresh food accessible to all Kentuckians. The Howells got their start growing heirloom tomatoes on two acres in Bowling Green before expanding to their current land. Nathan grew up on a full-time tobacco farm in Hart County; Michelle experienced limited access to fresh food in childhood, experiences that shaped the farm's mission. The farm sells produce at Community Farmers Market in Bowling Green and accepts WIC, SNAP/EBT, Senior Farmers Market vouchers, and other nutrition program benefits, with all program benefits doubled on market days.
