Jolly Barnyard

Jolly Barnyard raises all of its animals on pasture and manages its land using a system called Management Intensive Grazing (MIG). Rather than granting cattle access to the full property at once, the farm rotates cows through fenced sections, then moves chickens onto each grazed area in turn. The rested ground then regrows before the next rotation. The farm states this approach builds soil without commercial sprays or fertilizers, avoiding the runoff those inputs can cause. Animals are raised to live as naturally as possible and are kept in humane conditions. The farm does not use antibiotics or added hormones on its animals.
