Natural Living Food Co-op and Cafe

Natural Living Food Co-op & Cafe prioritizes organic sourcing across its produce shares and cafe menu. For its weekly farm shares, it uses as much local organic produce as possible; any non-local produce comes from nationally certified organic vendors. Organic vegetable shares include leafy greens, hardy vegetables, flavorings, and fruit, and vary week to week. Members can also order monthly organic medicinal herb shares. The cafe prepares all meals from scratch using organic ingredients, and its menu is entirely gluten-free and plant-based, with a focus on raw vegan preparations that avoid gluten, dairy, soy, grains, and processed sugar. The herbal apothecary measures herbs specifically for individual customers rather than offering one-size-fits-all blends. Co-op members receive discounts on bulk dry goods, packaged foods, classes, and apothecary products.
