Harvest Grain Mills

Harvest Grain Mills is a family-owned rice farm and mill in Anahuac, Texas, rooted in a farming tradition that stretches back to 1947. Cousins David Kirkham and Donald Wilcox grew up learning to farm alongside their fathers, and both went on to carry that tradition forward full-time. Noticing that common table rice had lost much of its flavor, they began growing organic heirloom varieties to offer consumers a higher-quality option. To take their rice from seed to table, they founded Harvest Grain Mills to process their own grain. The mill produces Carolina Gold and Charleston Gold rice in both white and brown forms, along with rice grits and rice flour. Learn more on their About Page.
