Mt. Folly Farm

Mt. Folly Farm is one of Kentucky's largest USDA-certified organic farms, founded and led by agricultural entrepreneur Laura Freeman, who previously built Laura's Lean Beef into a nationally distributed brand. The farm raises pasture-raised beef and heritage pork, keeps laying hens for eggs, and mills organic corn and grits. It also grows certified organic hemp for full-spectrum CBD products, and supplies grain to Regeneration Distillery for whiskey and moonshine. Perishable products such as beef, pork, and eggs are sold at The Mercantile on Main in downtown Winchester. The farm also operates Laura's Mercantile, an online store carrying hemp products, functional chocolates and caramels, regional specialties, and natural products.
