Morell Dairy Farm is a family farm and creamery in northwest Louisiana, owned and operated by Randy and Ann Morell. The farm raises Jersey dairy cows and processes their milk on-site into whole milk, skim milk, chocolate milk, and heavy cream, sold in gallons and pints. Raw milk and farm-fresh eggs are also available. During the Christmas season, the farm produces eggnog. Products can be purchased directly at the on-farm store, The Butter Barn, or through a network of partner retailers and restaurants in the Shreveport-Bossier area. Morell Dairy Farm raises Jersey cows and processes all milk into finished dairy products on the family farm. The herd is an established multi-generational Jersey breed operation, with each cow individually named and tracked by lineage. Milk is processed into whole, skim, chocolate, and raw milk as well as heavy cream, with seasonal eggnog produced at Christmas. Eggs come from chickens kept on the farm.
