MK Ranch was established in 2013 with a family vision of raising quality cattle in Colorado. The ranch is built around a control breed of 100% purebred Hereford cattle, with crossbreeding used to produce hybrid vigor steers. MK Ranch sells both 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef and a non-GMO, natural grain-fed beef option. Customers can purchase individual cuts, curated packs (such as a Family Pack, Grillers Pack, or Surf and Turf Pack), or buy in bulk by the whole, half, or quarter. MK Ranch's cattle graze across more than 400 acres of brome, orchard, and wheat grass. The ranch states its cattle are never given growth hormones or steroids. For bulk orders, beef is dry-aged for 14 to 21 days and vacuum-sealed for freshness. Bulk ground beef is sourced from a single animal rather than blended from multiple animals. Customers who purchase in bulk can choose a standard cut sheet or request a custom cut sheet.
