Mink Meadow Farm is a family farm in Etna, a village within Hanover, operated by Seth Bent and Sarah Herr. The farm sits on land with close to twenty acres of pasture and hay fields, with approximately five acres in crop production. Seth's grandparents originally purchased the property, and Mink Brook runs through the middle of it, dividing the livestock pasture and a 150-year-old barn from the growing fields. The farm began operations in 2020 and earned its organic certification in 2021. It grows mixed organic vegetables and culinary herbs, selling them through a seasonal CSA program and a self-serve roadside farmstand. Learn more on their About Page.

Mink Brook, which runs through the property, provides irrigation water for the fields and water for the farm's livestock.
