Merk Farms

Merk Farms is a family farm in Northeast Georgia where the Merk family has worked the land for over 120 years. Phillip Merk returned to farm full-time in 2003, and he and his wife Ali now run a year-round operation alongside their children. The farm raises beef cattle, grows seasonal vegetables, and operates pick-your-own strawberry fields each spring. Beef is available for purchase by appointment. In the fall, Merk Farms opens a flower-and-forage maze, pumpkin patch, wagon rides, and a farm train. Private events and field trips are also available. Learn more on their About Page.
