Seasonal veggie box CSA and farm stand sourcing from multiple local farms, with weekly recipes and built-in food donations.
Meadow's Mirth Farm is a small farm in Brentwood, New Hampshire, founded by Josh Jennings. Its flagship offering is the Weekly Veggie Box, a program that blends a CSA with a meal kit: each box contains seasonal vegetables sourced from multiple local farms, a custom spice pack, and a recipe. Subscribers can order one box at a time or sign up for a recurring subscription, skipping any week without penalty. Boxes are available at a wide network of pickup locations across the New Hampshire Seacoast, coastal Maine, and the Boston area, as well as at workplace and school stops. The farm stand at the Brentwood property is open Fridays and Saturdays. Every box ordered includes a built-in donation toward fighting food insecurity. Learn more on their About Page.
Meadow's Mirth sources its veggie boxes from multiple local farms rather than a single operation, with the stated goal of supporting farm diversity across the region. Each weekly box is paired with a custom spice blend and a matching recipe, developed by founder Josh Jennings. A portion of every box sale is directed to food donation for food-insecure recipients. Jennings co-founded Seacoast Eat Local, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, as well as the Heritage Harvest Project and Three River Farmer's Alliance, all focused on local farm food access.
