Living Light Farms is a family-owned farm founded in 2020 by Tim and Sarah Roth on land that has been in the Roth family since 1973, now in its fourth generation. The farm raises 100% grass-fed beef, pastured pork, pastured poultry, free-range eggs, lamb, and produces milk. Tim Roth spent years attending conferences and studying holistic farming, regenerative agriculture, and ethical animal husbandry before launching the farm full-time in 2021. Living Light Farms raises its animals on pasture, moving them regularly so that pigs root in grass, chickens forage in fresh air, and cattle graze on rotating plots of grasses, clover, and legumes. The farm does not use hormones or antibiotics, and describes the rotational grazing system as reducing the need for chemical dewormers by preventing parasite propagation. Beef is 100% grass-fed. The farm's stated approach draws on regenerative agriculture and organic practices, with a guiding principle of mimicking natural rhythms and raising animals with what it describes as compassion and dignity.
