Littleton Food Co-op defines "local" as products from New Hampshire, Vermont, or within 100 miles of the store. It sources from more than 180 local farmers and producers across every department, including produce, meat, dairy, baked goods, bulk items, beer and wine, and wellness products. The Co-op states its mission includes supporting local growers and producers and promoting environmental sustainability. It is a member of the Neighboring Food Co-op Association (NFCA), a federation of 35 New England food co-ops working toward a regional cooperative food system, and of National Co+op Grocers (NCG), a business services cooperative representing retail food co-ops across the United States.
