Fieldsong Farm is a family-run farm on 13 acres in Lucas, Texas, founded in 2013 by Stephanie and Richard Schertz. Stephanie, an agronomist, leads the farm's focus on soil health, pasture restoration, and a tallgrass prairie wildflower meadow. The farm raises Nubian goats and pastured hens, and grows a wide variety of seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Products include fresh goat milk, cheese, fudge, cajeta caramel, pastured eggs, pantry items, edible and cut flowers, and baked goods.
