Overview

USDA Certified Organic farm producing vegetables, fruit, flowers, eggs, maple syrup, honey, and hard cider.

Lathrop Farmstead is a small, biodiverse farm on a historic family property in Lebanon, Connecticut. Owners Andrew Lathrop and Angela Mia Colasuonno relocated from New York City during the pandemic to restore the 200-year-old farmstead and return it to active production. The farm grows over 100 varieties of certified organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs, and raises free-range heirloom chickens for multi-colored eggs. It also produces certified organic maple syrup tapped from trees planted by Andrew's ancestors in 1876, along with honey from Italian honeybees, concord grape jelly, and hard apple ciders. Produce, flowers, eggs, and other farm goods are available through a flexible Market Share CSA program. Lathrop Farmstead is a woman- and veteran-owned business. Learn more on their About Page.
