The farm raises pasture-raised beef cattle, forest-pastured pigs, and free-range chickens. Its culinary atelier transforms farm-raised meats, vegetables, and aromatics into artisan charcuterie and preserves, using ingredients sourced entirely from the farm's own fields. Products are available at a farmers' kiosk at Marché Jean-Talon in Montreal and at the Hemmingford Marché Tradition. The farm also serves as a training ground for apprentice farmers and cooks seeking to develop their own agricultural projects.
