Regeneratively raised beef, pork, and chicken from a 60-acre family farm at the foothills of the North Georgia mountains.
K&T Farms is a 60-acre family homestead in Rydal, Georgia, founded when Kevin, who started the farm to provide clean food and youth agricultural education, partnered with Melinda, a veterinarian and fiber farmer. The two married and combined their vision for a regenerative farm, purchasing their current property in 2023. The farm raises beef, forest-raised pork, and pasture-raised chicken, all available for purchase through an online store with designated pickup locations. K&T Farms also has roots in youth agricultural education as part of its founding mission. Learn more on their About Page.
K&T Farms raises its animals without antibiotics or added hormones, and eliminates corn, soy, and GMOs from animal feed. The farm also avoids herbicides and synthetic fertilizers on its pastures and hay. Animals have continuous access to fresh air, sunshine, and wild forage. The farm's model is built on regenerative agriculture: rotational grazing improves soil biology, manages invasive weeds, and supports native Georgia plants and wildlife. K&T Farms rejects industrial farming methods in favor of practices it describes as restoring the land rather than depleting it.
