Women-owned maple syrup farm producing pure maple syrup and maple products on solar power.
Justamere Tree Farm is an all women-owned maple business situated on 400 acres of rolling hills in the Hilltowns of Western Massachusetts. Owners Kelly, Kim, and Deb took over the farm in 2020, continuing a maple-farming legacy that stretches back 38 years under the farm's founders. The farm produces pure maple syrup in two grades: Dark Robust and Very Dark Strong. Beyond syrup, it offers a full line of maple products including granulated maple sugar, maple cream, granola, and pancake mix, as well as curated maple gift boxes. Justamere Tree Farm runs its operation on solar power and fuels its wood-fired evaporator with locally-harvested trees. Fresh sap is boiled down slowly in that wood-fired evaporator with no additives: each container contains one ingredient, 100% pure maple syrup from the farm's own trees. The farm describes its approach as honoring centuries-old New England sugaring traditions while running entirely on clean, renewable energy.
