John Ash is a full-service restaurant located within Vinarosa Resort & Spa in Santa Rosa, set among 92 acres of vineyards. Founded in 1980, it is recognized as one of Sonoma County's original farm-to-table restaurants and a long-standing landmark for wine country dining. The kitchen, currently led by Executive Chef Sergio Howland, draws on local fisheries, farms, wineries, and regional producers to shape its seasonal California menu. Alongside the main dining room, the Front Room Bar and Lounge offers a more relaxed setting with a separate menu. The restaurant also provides event and gathering spaces, including private and semi-private rooms.
