Howling Flats Farm

Howling Flats Farm is a family farm in Canaan, Connecticut, raising pasture-raised Angus beef and its own Milk & Meadow Rose Veal line, alongside pasture-raised pork. Farmer Kelley runs the operation with a focus on transparency and animal welfare, offering customers a direct view of where their meat comes from. Individual cuts span steaks, roasts, ribs, ground beef, sausages, and whole-animal essentials including tallow, liverwurst, and organ cuts. Products are blast-frozen, vacuum-sealed, and available for pickup in Canaan or delivery across Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and nearby states. Farm tours are available by appointment.
