Family farm offering grass-finished beef, pastured pork, and pasture-raised chicken since 1998.
Holy Cow Farm Fresh is a small family farm owned and operated by Paul and Joanne Mosher near Monon, Indiana. The farm has been raising quality beef since 1998 and sells meat by the cut or in bulk, with options for splitting a whole cow through its Cow Club program. Cuts are available through an on-farm store and ship to the continental United States. The farm runs its own state-inspected, on-farm processing facility, where dry-aging takes place before orders are fulfilled. Holy Cow Farm Fresh was featured as one of the farms in the documentary Sacred Cow. Its stated mission is glorifying God by nourishing land, animals, and families. Learn more on their About Page.
Holy Cow Farm Fresh raises 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef, pastured pork, and pasture-raised chicken. The farm practices regenerative farming and pasture-raising, with no antibiotics, no hormones, and no genetically modified grains used. Feed for the animals, including hay, pasture, corn, wheat, and soybeans, is grown on the farm, most of it without chemicals and with natural fertilizers. Beef is dry-aged in the farm's own state-inspected on-farm facility. The farm also raises grain-finished beef separately from its grass-finished herd. The farm displays the Indiana Grown designation.
