Hilo Coffee Mill is a family-owned coffee roaster founded in February 2001, operating on 24 acres in Mountain View, Hawai'i. It was established to help small local coffee farmers produce, process, and market their crops to a wider audience. The mill sells both green and small-batch roasted coffees, with Hawaiian estate offerings that include 100% Puna, 100% Kona Fancy, and 100% Maui varieties, alongside blends. Visitors can stop in at the on-site bar for espresso drinks, smoothies, and ice cream. Hilo Coffee Mill also offers wholesale purchasing and a Coffee Club membership subscription for regular buyers.
