Family-run farm growing seasonal produce and flowers, with value-added goods sold at a farm stand and farmers markets.
Donna's Farm is a family-run operation in Fannett, Texas, tended by Donna, Steve, and Brent Heironimus. The farm grew out of a backyard garden started in 2010 and has since expanded into a full working farm. Donna's Farm offers seasonal fruits and vegetables, cut flowers, and a range of value-added products including jams, jellies, soups, hot sauce, and honey. Shoppers can visit the on-farm stand, find the Heironimus family at the Beaumont Farmers Market and Riverfront Farmers Market on Saturdays, or purchase through local restaurants that source from the farm. Brent, a Culinary Institute of America graduate with backgrounds in business and nutrition, guides the farm's growth and direction. Learn more on their About Page.
Donna's Farm follows organic and sustainable practices for both its produce and flowers. The farm encourages beneficial insects to work alongside its fruits and vegetables as part of its approach to sustainable growing. Produce and blossoms are described as grown with care for the natural balance of the land, without the use of practices that would conflict with the organic methods the farm observes. Products vary by season, as the farm grows what the land supports at any given time of year rather than sourcing to fill gaps.
