Multi-generational family farm selling 100% grass-fed beef in Indiana
Grateful Grazers Farm is a multi-generational family farm owned and operated by Jon Bovee and his family in Wolcottville, Indiana. The Bovee family has stewarded the same land for more than 160 years, with Jon purchasing the farm in 2013 and returning Angus and Hereford cattle to the property in 2016. The farm sells 100% grass-fed beef in a range of cuts and formats, including ground burger, beef breakfast sausage, organ meats (tongue, heart, liver, and oxtail), and quarter, half, or whole sides of beef. A ground burger subscription box is also available. Visitors are welcome to tour the farm by appointment. Learn more on their About Page.
Grateful Grazers Farm raises Angus and Hereford cattle on pasture, giving animals continuous access to grass and fresh water. The farm uses no hormones and no growth additives. Animals receive no grain: the cattle eat only grass and hay throughout their lives. The farm states that its animals are never caged and are allowed to move freely.
