Hoffman Certified Organics is a family-run USDA certified organic farm founded by Huntertown native Ben Hoffman. The farm launched in 2015 and specializes in pasture-raised, non-GMO verified poultry and certified organic eggs. In addition to chickens and eggs, the farm also raises pigs and turkeys. Products are available through online ordering, at farmers markets, and through a network of local restaurant partners. The operation is a true family affair, with Ben, his wife Natalie, and his mother Dotsie each playing hands-on roles in the day-to-day running of the farm.
Hoffman Certified Organics holds USDA certified organic status and raises non-GMO verified poultry on pasture. The farm's chickens and eggs carry both the certified organic and non-GMO verified designations. Poultry is pasture-raised, and the farm sources and raises its animals under these verified standards.
