Fox Mountain Ranch is a family-started farm set atop a small mountain in a Northwest Georgia wilderness. The ranch produces pasture-raised beef, pork, and heritage breed turkeys, along with free-range eggs and estate-grown wines. Beef is available as dry-aged shares, and turkeys are sold in two size ranges by deposit. The ranch also grows two estate wines, a Chardonel and a Chambourcin, available to Georgia wholesalers. Fox Mountain Ranch raises its beef and pork on pasture and finishes them without corn or soy. Eggs are free-range and non-GMO, and the feed is also corn and soy-free. Turkeys are heritage breed. The ranch states a commitment to regenerative practices in both its ranching and viticulture. The estate vineyard is tended and harvested by hand, with the Chambourcin aged in oak barrels.
