Foster Ranch

Foster Ranch, also known as Pinnacle Organically Grown Produce, farms 295 acres of CCOF-certified organic vegetables, melons, and fruit across two ranches near San Juan Bautista and Hollister, California. The operation markets up to 60 produce items throughout the year, ranging from apples, pears, and figs to bell peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, and squash. Foster Ranch sells directly at its on-farm Saturday farmstand (8 am to 1 pm, year-round), at farmers markets throughout the Central Coast and Bay Area, through local retail stores, and via local and national wholesalers. The farm also produces organic apple juice under the Pinnacle label. Phil and Katherine Foster have grown the operation to include roughly 40 year-round employees and an additional 20 workers during the peak season from June through November.
