For the Health of It is an organic grocery store and juice bar that has served the Santa Rosa Beach and Blue Mountain Beach area for more than 30 years. It carries certified organic produce, grass-fed organic meats, dairy, eggs, cheese, frozen foods, coffees, teas, superfoods, and specialty grocery items. The juice bar offers made-to-order smoothies, fresh-pressed juices, and wheatgrass shots. The store also stocks supplements and a selection of products made in its own kitchen. Staff are available to guide both longtime organic shoppers and those new to natural eating. Special orders are accepted for products not on the shelves.
