Ferme Peabody Farm started in 2012 with two red pigs and 60 acres, and moved to its current property in Venosta, Quebec in 2015. The farm raises heritage pigs born and raised on-site, and sells pasture-raised pork in individual cuts, whole or half pigs, and a range of frozen prepared meals. It also supplies weaner piglets to other farmers and homesteaders looking to raise heritage breeds of their own. Beyond pork production, the farm hosts seasonal Easter and Christmas Markets that bring together local farmers, makers, and food producers.
