Small family farm raising grass-fed beef cattle, mini Hereford and Red Angus breeding stock, and A2A2 dairy cattle since 1998.
Falster Farm on Pasture 365 is a small family farm in Wood County, East Texas, owned and operated by Nancy and Karl Falster since 1998. The farm breeds and sells registered mini Hereford cattle, mid-size Red Angus, A2A2 family milk cows (including mini Jersey and French Normande), and pet mini cows. It is a Life Member of both the American Hereford Association and the Red Angus Association of America. Beyond livestock sales, the farm offers breeding services including live cover, herd sire lease, and certified frozen semen available domestically and internationally. Falster Farm also runs an educational program called Warriors That Farm, supporting veterans and new farmers in learning to raise grass-fed meats and produce. Learn more on their About Page.
Falster Farm on Pasture 365 raises its beef cattle as 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, with no GMO feed, no soy products, no antibiotics, and no hormones. The farm describes its beef program as "Certified Wholistic" and "Honestly Grass-Fed." It uses no synthetic chemicals on the property. The A2A2 dairy program focuses on heirloom genetics, drawing on over a decade of selective breeding to establish A2A2 milk lines. All herd sires are fertility tested annually and again before leaving the farm. The farm selects for balanced, functional traits including easy fleshing on grass, unassisted calving, and docile temperament.
