FAFO Farms TX is a regenerative farm founded in 2023 on pastureland in central Texas. The farm raises chickens, cows, and goats and produces pasture-raised eggs, raw cow's milk, raw cream, raw butter, and chicken. Dairy products are available exclusively to farm share members. FAFO Farms TX follows Joel Salatin's farming model, centering its work on animal welfare, soil regeneration, and holistic land management. Animals are raised on open pastures with room to roam and graze, and the farm practices rotational grazing so that land and animals can thrive together. Mob grazing is part of its rotational system, used to regenerate soil health and biodiversity. The farm also incorporates composting, permaculture principles, and minimal-intervention infrastructure to reduce environmental impact. Products are raised soy-free, GMO-free, and without vaccines.
