Wood-fired pizza, house-cured salumi, and handmade pasta in a historic Geyserville building
Diavola Pizzeria & Salumeria is set in a historic landmark building dating back to the 1900s. The restaurant serves Neapolitan-style pizza from a wood-burning oven, handmade pasta, and house-cured salumi and sausages. Chef and owner Dino Bugica spent over ten years in Italy learning the art of butchery and cucina povera, applying time-honored Italian technique to a menu that changes to reflect the seasons of California. The menu spans brunch, lunch, and dinner, and includes antipasti, pasta, wood-fired mains, and desserts. Diavola also hosts private events and offers online ordering and gift cards. Diavola Pizzeria & Salumeria sources its meats, fish, and produce from local farms, ranches, and fisheries, guided by principles of sustainability. The kitchen cures its own salumi and sausages in-house. Chef Bugica's approach draws on cucina povera, the Italian tradition of using locally available ingredients combined with recipes proven through the centuries.
