Crystal Bay Farm is a small family farm in Watsonville, California, founded in 1997 and operated by Jeff and Lori Fiorovich. The farm is open to the public and grows strawberries, flowers, herbs, apples, mixed vegetables, and a wide assortment of pumpkins and winter squash. Visitors can u-pick their own produce directly from the fields. A self-serve farm stand operates on the honor system for those who prefer to purchase rather than pick. The farm also hosts farm tours, field trips, workshops, skill-share events, live music, and event rentals.
Crystal Bay Farm has grown its crops using sustainable methods since its founding in 1997. The farm notes that in 2025 it ended its formal organic certification relationship, while continuing to grow using the same sustainable practices it has maintained throughout its history. The farmers have stated an interest in exploring new growing ideas and a more diverse farm operation going forward.
