Cobblestone Farm

Cobblestone Farm LLC is a 7-acre family farm in the Northfork Valley of Western Colorado, growing 22 varieties of garlic alongside tomatoes, peppers, onions, leeks, fruit, dried herbs, and jams. The farmhouse dates to 1909, and the property has been in the Matlock/Craig family since 2007. Fresh produce and garlic are available from late June through September. Visitors can pick up directly at the farm, or find Cobblestone Farm's products at the Paonia-Arbol and Carbondale Farmer's Markets and through Farm Runners. Garlic, garlic braids, and most other products can also be shipped within the United States.
