ChocolaTree Organic Oasis

ChocolaTree sources 100% organic or wildcrafted produce across its entire menu: seeds, nuts, vegetables, herbs, spices, and sea vegetables. About 95% of the menu is seasonal, with ingredients sourced within Arizona or the three bordering states where possible. Items unavailable regionally come directly from suppliers the business has vetted for integrity. Superfoods such as cacao and maca are bought directly from small farms and are always fairly traded. When available, wild-crafted goji berries, chaga, and reishi mushrooms are used. Local honey comes from small bee farms that do not feed their bees corn syrup. All food is prepared with artesian spring water free of chlorine and fluoride, and seeds and nuts are germinated in this water before use. Raw and packaged foods are kept below 115 degrees during preparation. Take-away food and cold-press juice come in glass, not plastic. Packaging is 100% recyclable or omnidegradable, at least 80% post-consumer recycled, and FSC Certified.
