Windy Hills Lavender Farm

Windy Hills Lavender Farm operates on the 120-acre Red Hawk Ranch, established in 1988, in the high desert of northern Arizona at roughly 6,000 feet elevation. The farm planted its first lavender in 2009 and has expanded by an average of 1,500 plants per year since then. It grows multiple varieties, including Grosso, Provence, Royal Velvet, Gros Bleu, Hidcote, Melissa (pink lavender), and Edelweiss (white lavender). In addition to lavender, the farm grows herbs used in its own infusions and teas. Its on-site boutique carries over 100 all-natural lavender products, and the farm also offers lavender services for weddings.
