Lavender and honey farm offering raw honey, lavender products, seasonal produce, and educational farm tours.
California Lavender Honey Farm is a 10-acre working farm in the Paso Robles area of Central California, tending lavender, bees, quails, and a seasonal garden. It is run by a family of four whose stated goal is to make the farm an educational platform for visitors of all ages. The farm produces two varieties of raw honey: Yellow Star Thistle and Spring Wildflower. It also grows multiple lavender cultivars and turns them into culinary lavender, essential oils, hydrosol, soaps, teas, and dry sachets, alongside beeswax candles and skincare salves. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are available at the farm stand. A one-of-a-kind Bee Museum on the property offers hands-on activities and honey tastings. Learn more on their About Page.
California Lavender Honey Farm describes its honey as pure, raw, unfiltered, and never heated, and states it is produced with zero carbon footprint and is antibiotics-free. The farm grows its vegetables without synthetic chemicals, citing the need to protect its bee colonies. Its lavender oil and hydrosol come with a Certificate of Quality certifying that they are estate-grown and produced, sustainable, climate-friendly, and free of chemicals and pesticides. The farm also describes its produce as sustainably and organically grown. Farm tours include a focus on sustainability topics such as rainwater collection and pollinator-friendly gardening.
