Boccabella Farms is a boutique olive farm in San Miguel on California's Central Coast, producing small-batch extra virgin olive oil. The farm is run by a chef and a former city girl who grow the olives themselves and oversee production from orchard to bottle. Boccabella offers several distinct oils: an Estate Arbequina, a single-cultivar oil; a Field Blend made from Italian and Spanish olive varieties; and a Winemaker's Blend, a limited-production oil blended with the expertise of Paso Robles winemakers. Boccabella Farms grows its olives on its own farm in San Miguel and hand-harvests them at peak ripeness. After picking, the olives are delivered to a local miller and pressed within hours of harvest to preserve quality. The Winemaker's Blend is made from Italian, French, and Spanish olive cultivars grown on the farm, then blended by expert winemakers from Paso Robles.
