Blue Sky Agriculture

Blue Sky Agriculture is a family-run farm in Ellaville, Georgia, founded in 2019 by Esther, Jacob, and Hampton. The farm raises pasture-raised beef, with cattle spending their lives grazing open pastures with space to roam. Blue Sky Agriculture offers both grass-finished and grain-finished beef, sold as beef shares and build-your-own everyday boxes. Grain-finished cattle receive a grain ration during the finishing phase, while all animals are pasture-raised regardless of finish.
